Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The plant arrives damaged, diseased, or in poor condition.
  • You receive the wrong plant compared to your order.
  • The plant does not match the description or photos on our website.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns if:

  • The plant has been in your care for more than 48 hours after delivery.
  • The issue arises from improper care (e.g., incorrect watering, lighting, or temperature conditions).
  • You change your mind after purchase, as plants are considered perishable goods under UK law.

2. Reporting an Issue

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [your email] with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the plant and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

3. Refunds & Replacements

Depending on the issue, we may offer:

  • A replacement (if stock is available)
  • A partial or full refund
  • A store credit for future purchases

If we request a return, you must send the plant back in its original packaging within 14 days. We will cover the return shipping cost for damaged or incorrect items.

4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
